I dunno. they did try to outsource some admin work but it fell through

so now they are trying to centralise it. I think ultimately the winners are the consultants hired for this.

scuttlebutt has it that the original plan for the bestsourcing fell through when vendors were unable to convince the existing staff to be reemployed under them to do the same job for less pay and zero benefits
